For this assignment I designed a triptych to promote the festival. InDesign and Photoshop were combined to dynamically bring text and images together.
challenge.
I experimented with bright colours, eye-catching titles, and sharp contrast to capture the reader's attention. Bright yellow speech bubbles are used to quickly visualize essential information, such as dates and location of the exhibitions.
The images in the brochure have been carefully cut out in Photoshop and incorporated into the design with a text flow, so that image and text come together in a dynamic way.
Tabs, tables, and typographic hierarchy improve readability and structure the information.
results.
Thanks to the mock-ups, the design is presented in a realistic way. These give a clear picture of what the brochure would look like in print and use.
The brochure balances between artistic expression and clear communication, matching the atmosphere of a contemporary photo festival.
